When new content is available, users will be prompted to import the data directly into their existing data-file.
How often are updates available?
Content updates occur continuously throughout the year. Version updates that offer new features and bug fixes will occur approximately once or twice a year.
How do I import my personal records from NDAssist 2v8 into V3?
Because V3 has been completely re-designed, there is currently no simple way to migrate data. Please contact us for assistance.
If I enter personal records into V3, what will happen when I update?
Data is unaffected by version updates; the data file is separate from the application.
